นโยบายการคืนสินค้า แบตเตอรี่และเครื่องชาร์จ
Vapcell และผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นๆ ใน Batteryman.com (เช่น แบตเตอรี่ลิเธียมไอออนและเครื่องชาร์จ) ไม่มีนโยบายการคืนสินค้าแบบเดียวกันทั้งหมด เนื่องจากเงื่อนไขของผู้ผลิตฮาร์ดแวร์ การคืนสินค้าหรือการเรียกร้องการรับประกันจะต้องดำเนินการโดยตรงผ่านผู้ค้าปลีกหรือผู้จำหน่ายเฉพาะที่คุณซื้อสินค้ามา
แนวทางทั่วไปของผู้ค้าปลีกสำหรับแบตเตอรี่และเครื่องชาร์จ:
- การคืนสินค้ากรณีไม่ต้องการหรือเปลี่ยนใจ:ผู้จำหน่ายกำหนดให้คืนสินค้าภายใน 14 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า โดยสินค้าต้องยังไม่ถูกเปิดใช้ ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิมสภาพสมบูรณ์
- ข้อยกเว้นสำหรับแบตเตอรี่:สำหรับแบตเตอรี่ลิเธียมไอออน การใส่แบตเตอรี่ลงในเครื่องชาร์จหรืออุปกรณ์จะทำให้ขั้วบวก/ลบเกิดรอย หากเกิดรอยหรือผ่านการชาร์จแล้ว ผู้ค้าปลีกส่วนใหญ่จะถือว่าสินค้าถูกใช้งานแล้ว และ ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินในกรณีเปลี่ยนใจได้
- สินค้าชำรุดหรือมีข้อบกพร่อง:หากเครื่องชาร์จหรือแบตเตอรี่เสียตั้งแต่ได้รับ (Dead on Arrival – DOA) หรือมีข้อบกพร่องจากการผลิต คุณต้องแจ้งเรื่องให้ทราบภายใน 30 วัน

Batteries & Chargers Return Policy
Vapcell and other products on Batteryman.com (such as lithium-ion batteries and chargers) do not share a universal return policy from hardware manufacturers. Returns or warranty claims must be processed directly through the specific retailer or vendor from whom you purchased the item.
General Retailer Guidelines for Batteries and Chargers:
- Unwanted Items / Change of Mind:Vendors require items to be returned within 14 days of receipt. The items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Exceptions for Batteries:For lithium-ion batteries, inserting the battery into a charger or device will leave marks on the positive/negative terminals. Once marked or charged, most retailers will consider the item used and ineligible for a “change of mind” refund.
- Defective or Faulty Items:If a charger or battery is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or has a manufacturing defect, you must report the issue within 30 days.
